The 2-CD set includes instruction booklet. Each CD is 61 minutes. The first Delta Sleep System CD is the same as the CD Delta Sleep single. The two CD set was created for musical variety. Research has shown that one single track of sound, may, over time, become repetitive. Therefore, we've provided two soundtracks to create more musical variety and choice, increasing the usefulness of this set.
You can use either CD to help you get to sleep. If you are using the CD because you wake up in the night, you can play either CD to guide you back to sleep, or you can play either CD in auto-reverse mode to play continuously all night long. Your brain will still go through its normal sleep cycle. The entrainment frequencies on the Delta Sleep System CDs will gently hold your brainwave at a low enough level during normal sleep that you don't wake up in the night.
